The PATLITE® LA6 PoE is the world’s first‑ever programmable, multi‑color, LED Signal Tower with Power over Ethernet (PoE), featuring a built‑in web interface for quick and easy configuration over your network. They also feature a unique programming interface for selecting any combination of distinct colors and sounds.
The Ethernet connection makes it easy to integrate signal towers into existing network infrastructures. The PoE function allows both data and power to pass over a single cable reducing installation time and costs. The built‑in terminal block provides an alternative method for powering and controlling the device.
Programming the LA6 PoE is performed over the ethernet connection making it simple to program multiple devices simultaneously. There is also a USB port on the side of the tower that can be used to program the device locally.
The LA6 PoE also has a built‑in smart mode allowing for customization of light colors and sounds in the field without reconfiguring any hardware. In smart mode, up to 21 colors and 11 alarm tones to create clearly defined indication patterns operators can understand quickly and accurately.
Additional smart mode uses include using solid color display for increased visibility across large facilities, light motion pulse effects to display machine start up or power down, visual takt time indication for pace of assembly or production operations, and light stacking to create a visual level meter using different colors to distinguish multiple tanks reducing downtime.
